“It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men."

Matrona is dedicated to the idea that the best way to create strong communities is by supporting families. Our Free Stores are there for any family who needs anything related to caring for children. Our supplies are entirely based on donations so what we have will vary. However you are likely to find lots of kids clothing, baby seats, toys, books, bottles and burp cloths. Diapers will be available once per month and formula is available by request.

If you need help or you’d like to be help, please contact us and find out how you can join this growing community.

Sometimes you just need help…

We have met many families through this ministry and we are constantly amazed at the wisdom and knowledge that they have. For this reason, we do not tie any assistance to enrollment in an educational program. We love and support these educational programs and we will refer you to them if you are interested. However, we know that even experienced parents sometimes just need a new stroller or some onesies in the next size.

We also know that even families who do not qualify for government support can still struggle to make ends meet. This is why we do not limit who can receive help based on income. Any family from any income bracket is welcome to come visit us and shop for what they need.

Shop and Socialize

Both our Butler and Cabot locations are set up to allow families to sit and stay a while. Let the kids play and connect with other parents or our awesome volunteers. If you are in need of a resource that we don’t have, ask and it’s likely someone knows an answer.
